One of the things I’m doing at work is looking through some old files to see if I can find out how and why we got to the position we are now in. There’s some interesting stuff in there.
Do you remember the redundancy criterion? John took a redundancy from the university 2 years ago and I think they misinterpreted the provision – in his favour. They wanted him to stay on for 3 months after they agreed to his application for redundancy but also paid him the extra money in lieu of notice. But enough of that program – time to bury it forever.
River – they are i a bad way aren't they!Monica – The World's Worst Programme! Thanks for reminding me. Now let's see if I cam remember the criteria … I know a, b, c and d were were always hard ones….

Every time I see files, I have flashbacks to a certain program we worked on – I think it might be Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. 🙂
I see a need for duct tape there, just on the edges a bit….McGyver it.
